He Took Me Out...

And we went snowshoeing.

It was fab and I would recommend it.
We packed ourselves a little lunch from Old Grist Mill
and headed up the trail.

Each of us fell once and we laughed a lot.
The only regret for me is that the guy at the
ORC told us to just wear normal pants.

Justin was fine in jeans but me, not so much.
The back of my pants were soaked and I was FREEZING
by the time we finished.
Luckily I opted out of wearing my leather pants that day or we would have
had to cut those bad boys off.
Thanks for the fun afternoon babe!

On a side note, Justin's parking permit came in the mail yesterday.
As you can tell, he's not thrilled about the number they assigned him...

Hopefully He Doesn't...

Pee his pants today.
He's been so excited to give a scripture in Primary
for a few weeks now.
Hopefully he remembers all
the words... even the ones he can't say right.

Sidekick...

These two are wild.
Very wild.
But very cute.
They stopped running around and stared out the window.
Then Koy said, "It's dangerous out there Beck."
And Beck said, "Uh huh."

Lovin' Me Some Ham!

Oh T-Man-
He is our little ham.
Sometimes I wish I could just kiss his freakin' cheeks off!
And sometimes I wish I could freeze time
because this little boy is getting too big.
He turns one next month.
NEXT MONTH!
Ah!
Where did the time go?
At 9 months-
Titan tipped the scale at a whopping 15 lbs 10 oz.
He was in the 50% for height
and the 25% for his head.
(Wait- I just figured out there is a % button so I don't have to spell out "percent.")
(Holy crap. Here's your sign. Einstein.)

Anywho- That was in December and according to my
current calculations he's almost 17 lbs.

His favorite things are:
Juice
Peas... and LOTS of them
Crackers
Anything with sugar in it
Crawling
Wrestling Koy or having Koy wrestle him.
Snuggles and kisses.
(Love those open mouth kisses!)
He can sign "more" and "all done" which makes me so happy.

Things he doesn't like:
Eggs.

We've been trying to teach him to go down the stairs backwards.
I wish I would have recorded it the first time.
He had a white knuckled grip on the carpet
and the rest of him was stiff as a board.
He was scared straight. Literally.

He's tall enough to empty the toilet paper off the roll... and eat it too.

And here's a little brotherly love to end with...

Love you Titan Clay!

Christmas Past

Well, here is our Christmas post - FINALLY!
We went to Mesa for Christmas with Justin's family and it
was so much fun to take off for a week and see
all of our family.
The first night there we went to a
train park. It was cool.
The line to ride the train was not so cool so we didn't ride the train.
Koy was one excited kid to just see the trains.

Koy and G'ma Kimmy and Bonka

The model train museum.
This picture doesn't look like much but
it was awesome.
There were SOOO many trains and they
even had tracks for trains to run on above our heads.

Christmas morning was so fun. I totally thought Koy was going
to go crazy when he saw his new train but
he just stared at it and didn't even touch it.
What a nerd.

Justin was disappointed when he found a can in his stocking
instead of something awesome...

Then he realized that the can WAS something awesome.
It was a can of oysters. He loves oysters.
Look at his happy face. :)

Hil got Just Dance (or whatever that game is called)
for the wii and the boys had so much fun.
(So did the girls although it was harder than I thought it was going to be.)
The boys were cracking me up.

We went to the Mesa Temple on Christmas to see the lights.
It was so pretty.
Koy and Colt are quite the buddies.

Koy kept putting the lights in his ears...
We're not sure why.
We were just grateful you couldn't see light coming out his other ear.

I love this little bundle.

Titan isn't diggin' the ride on Koy's saddle.

Colt caught on really quickly of how to ride...

Aunt Hil and Mr. Smiles

Koy rode on "Ol' Dunny" everyday we were in Eagar.

Posing while we were getting the oil changed...

What a 3 year old does with rocks...

What a 9 month old does with rocks...

What a 9 month old does when you take away the rocks...

We had so much fun on our trip and wished we could stay longer. There is just so much to do when we go down there. (I could have personally used an extra week of the sweet weather.) We don't get to see Justin's family nearly enough so it's always fun to be with them.
Hopefully one day I'll catch up on blogging...

Its not everyday...

That your hubby turns 30.
Wow.
It was a fun day.
Justin's gift came a few weeks early
so he really didn't have anything exciting to open.
I ruined dinner.
Garlic mashed potato soup.
It. Was. Not. Good.
Especially because it was supposed to be garlic mashed potatoes- not soup.
Oh well.
He didn't complain because he hasn't set his expectations too high.
He did get some yummy scotcharoos and Koy's eyes watered
because the candles were too bright.
J/k.
Love you babe!
